Grey water treatment services:
We design the system according to the technical requirements and characteristics of the Project.
1. Design of the graywater treatment system
Consists of a personalized consulting process with our clients to assess the requirements of the treatment plant. This process translates into an initial design, followed by two iteration stages, and ends with the final layout of the Project. In this case, the deliverables for the clients are: Preliminar planimetry and preliminar BIM model.
2. Installation in place
This includes a visitation to install the biofilter, the biofilter itself containing the microorganisms along with the latching and aeration system’s, and the initial check of system’s performance and initial check of both the system’s performance and the tank’s water quality.
3. Project approval
The process considers the processing of the projecs required permits, from its entry to its approval. In this case, the deliverable is the sanitary approval of the project. It should be noted that this service will be applied once the new graywater regulations come into force in Chile.
4. Biofilter maintenance service
It consists of a comprehensive monthly maintenance service, which includes:
a) Inspection of the installed system. Checking aeration levels and cleaning of the biofilter’s components.
b) Measurement of water quality parameters (required by Law 21.075) to corroborate the proper functioning of the biofilter, such as turbidity, pH, chlorine, and TDS. The service includes a monthly report of results that is delivered to the users.
c) Replacement of filtering microorganisms: To ensure that the biofilter has a useful life of more than 30 years, we replace ⅓ of the total biomass of the biofilter once a year, in order to renew the microorganisms periodically and ensure its optimal filtering capacity.
